Order Cancellations by Trazi Store

Trazi Store reserves the right to cancel any order(s) under the following conditions:

  1. If we detect that a transaction is fraudulent or suspicious.
  2. If a customer engages in a transaction that violates our terms and conditions.
  3. For reasons beyond our control, including logistical or delivery-related difficulties.

In such cases, customers will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed (if applicable).


Refund/Cancellation Rules

Refunds or cancellations are applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Before Dispatch:
    • If the buyer cancels the order online before the product is dispatched, a 100% refund will be issued.
  2. After Dispatch but Before Delivery:
    • If the product has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
  3. After Delivery:
    • Once the product has been delivered, the order cannot be returned or cancelled.
  4. Failed Transactions or Double Charges:
    • In the case of failed transactions or double charges for the same order, the total amount debited will be refunded to the buyer’s account.
  5. Bank/Card Transaction Charges:
    • If an order is cancelled or a transaction fails, any bank or card transaction charges incurred by the buyer will likely be forfeited and not refunded.

Refund Processing

Trazi Store does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds credited to the buyer’s card or account. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the buyer’s bank.
